Exodus is family-owned and operated. With each batch of bagels, we strive to serve delicious, quality food while providing sustainable, equitable employment.
Adam Hirsh and Priscilla Andrade launched Exodus Bagels in 2014 as a cottage business. The following year David Dubois, Aggie Pavlidis, and several others joined the pop-up crew. With a modified travel trailer named Maryanne, we served at farmer’s markets, breweries, and other local restaurants.
