BAKERS
(PART or FULL TIME)
The big finish of the bagel process: bakers kettle & bake bagels ahead of service, typically in a team of 2 or 3
Weds - Sun, 2:30 AM - 9:00 AM
EMPLOYEES’ ATTRIBUTES + QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, have excellent time management and attention to detail, especially with respect to the quality of the product.
Prior kitchen or bakery experience is preferred

PRODUCTION
(PART TIME)
Weigh, portion, cut, and shape dough as a team ahead of bakeoff
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Service is the fast-paced final stop before the bagels leave our hands via bulk pre-orders & sandwiches alongside premium coffee, sweets, and other goods
